Abraham Levin (1880–1957) was a Lithuanian artist who emigrated to the U.S. He worked in the garment industry before securing a spot in an arts education program offered by the Federal Art Project in the Bronx, New York. Thanks to support from his union, he won a fellowship that enabled him to work on his art full-time.
