Gérard Valcin (1923–1988) was a Haitian painter. He designed and fired tiles to make a living. In 1950, Valcin joined the Centre d’Art in Port-au-Prince. His depictions of everyday life are interlaced with symbols of Vodou and often also feature observations on society and politics. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
